We stand behind our sourcing of components and assembly of your SensorGnome. Thus, we guarantee the components and assembly for one year from the date of delivery to you. SensorGnome components damaged or destroyed by natural causes including, but not limited to, electrical storm/lightning, flood, or insects/rodents are not covered under the warranty. However, we're ready to help you get your SensorGnome up and running again should nature set you back. We've been there.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST AND INSTRUCTIONS

To ensure efficient and accurate warranty service for your SensorGnome components and assembly, contact us at rfsscientific@gmail.com or via the Contact form to obtain a RA number and full return instructions prior to returning your SensorGnome. SensorGnomes returned without an approved RA may be refused and returned to you at your expense. For approved RAs, we will cover the shipping costs when we return it to you.
